These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 2Click app and this website (together, the "Service"), operated by 2Click ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What 2Click is

2Click lets two devices transfer files directly to each other over a peer-to-peer connection. Files are not uploaded to or stored on our servers; we only provide the sign-in, connection setup, and notifications needed to start a transfer.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use 2Click. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens under it. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Because transfers happen directly between devices, we do not monitor or scan what you send. You are solely responsible for the files you share. You agree not to use 2Click to:

• share content that is illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights (including copyright);
• distribute malware, or content that is harmful, harassing, or abusive;
• share another person's private information without their consent;
• attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service or its infrastructure;
• use the Service in violation of any applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.

Your content

You keep all rights to the files you send. We do not claim ownership of them, and we do not access, store, or use their contents. You are responsible for having the right to share whatever you transfer.

Availability and changes

We are still improving 2Click and may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We try to keep it running reliably but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Our intellectual property

The 2Click app, website, name, and logo are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not give you any right to use our branding without permission.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You use the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2Click will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

Termination

You may stop using 2Click and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
