About 2Click

2Click is the shortest path between your file and the person you're sending it to. Instead of uploading to a cloud server and making them download it back, 2Click connects the two devices directly and moves the file across, in a couple of clicks.

Why we built it

Sending a file is still oddly annoying. You hit an upload limit, or the quality gets crushed, or you're wrestling with a link that expires, or the other person needs the exact same app and account. Meanwhile the file often just needs to get to someone standing right next to you.

We thought it should be simpler: your file shouldn't have to travel to a data centre and back to reach another phone. So 2Click opens a direct connection between the two devices and sends the file straight across.

What that means for you

• Nothing gets uploaded, stored, or scanned. The file leaves your device and arrives at theirs. We never see it.
• Full quality, any size. No compression and no hard size limit. Photos, video, and whole folders arrive byte-for-byte.
• It keeps going. If the connection drops, the transfer resumes where it left off instead of starting over.
• Light on your device. No huge cache of files sitting in a cloud you have to manage.
